• Study the market. Make sure you're on top of the market and top of your neighbourhoods and your city and the knowledgeable real estate agent.

• Prospect daily. Make sure that you're constantly on the hunt and that you're always looking for the next deal. That's out there.

• Make sure you've got an accountability partner or Partners make sure you've got someone that you check in with every single day who's going to keep you accountable and help you move forward to make sure you're making those daily actions. If you don't have that find somebody but make sure you've got someone holding you accountable every day.

• Make sure you've got a daily appointment of some kind. Whether that's with your circle or your sphere of influence. Whether that's with a partner, a vendor, or another agent even, or whether that's with somebody out there that is a cheerleader. Someone you know that knows a lot of people. Someone you know that can put the word out there. Even if it's as simple as going for a coffee with someone in your circle make sure every single day. If you don't have an appointment, you create an appointment.

• Make sure every single day you're building your skill set. Whether that's script training, role-playing, learning something new or doing some marketing. Make sure that you are constantly building your skill set up so that you're becoming a better agent day by day. That 1% rule where you get 1% better every single day. By the end of the year is really going to add up.
