Handover is Handing Over The Keys

A written confirmation email will be sent to you that the settlement has been completed, which means you can hand over the keys of the property to the buyer. 

You need to simply complete and request the buyer's e-signature on the keys collection scenario.

STEP 1. Enter 'My Listings/Listing Details' -- 'Actions'.

STEP 2. Click on 'Handover' and enter the detail page.

STEP 3. Ask for the buyer's signature on your screen or 

Sent the handover form link to your email for the buyer's e-signature.
