If you wish to share the listing with others, please setup the percentage of the sales commission in the commission section.
STEP 1. Enter 'My Listings>Add Listing':
STEP 2. You will have to fill out all the property details here.
Property Type refers to property characteristics and/or dwelling configuration, on which there can be one or more residential structures.
Sales Type has a detailed explanation in the related article at the end of this page. Usually, we sign an Exclusive type.

Co-listing is when two real estate agents work together to serve a home seller in a single transaction. The two agents will share responsibility for marketing the property, arranging showings, and getting the house from contract to close. The agents will also split the commission.
