When and how should I List a property?

The Property section is a place similar to your Draft collection. So any items you are interested in, or intend to sell but have not yet confirmed can be recorded here.

When you have completed the appraisal report, contacted the landlord and a series of other operations, the landlord is willing to authorize you to sell the property, then you can List the Property at this time.

So, how to List the property?

STEP 1. Enter 'Properties/Property Details'.

STEP 2. Click on the 'Actions' button. Choose the 'List' action.

STEP 3. You have to fill in the property details which are demonstrated in the related article at the end of this page.

STEP 4. After filling out all the information and saving, this property will appear in your 'My Listings' section.
